Social events
We are social and enjoy each other's company and our events. We have a summer party, a Christmas party with family and a Christmas party just for the staff. Additionally, every three months we have a social event funded by our staff association, which we take turns to arrange.

We work towards a common focus, where we create and add value to the company and each other in our own way. We have a high degree of influence on the job and are happy to hear about each other's good ideas. We offer ongoing training and courses according to every individual employee's wishes and needs.
